We take fresh Hamburg, seasoned with Panko bread crumbs, white rice, and spices  put in a tomato and herb sauce and broiled. Served with potatoes and vegetables.

Beef Stew

Choice sirloin beef, cubed, seasoned, and seared. Combined with carrots, potatoes, celery, onions, and spices in a beef broth and red wine, then slowly simmered.

Beef Kabobs

We start with 8oz of sirloin beef, cubed and marinated in a soya and garlic base. Skewered and grilled with peppers and onions. Served on a bed of rice pilaff and vegetables, with a side of pepper sauce.

Smoked Beef Brisket

Prime choice of beef brisket, slowly smoked for about 15 hours. Jack Daniels whiskey is then added to the beef broth, slightly Seasoned to make a gravy. Served with choice of potatoes and vegetables.

Roast Sirloin Beef

A top sirloin, slightly seasoned and slow roasted on a bed of carrots, onions, and celery. We then use the broth and make an au jus to place on top or serve on the side for dipping. Served with choice of potato and vegetables.
