Prestige Catering has been family owned and operated in the Ottawa and surrounding area for 15 years.

 We offer fine dining experiences here at the Legion in one of the Banquet Halls, 800 Taylor Creek Orleans, rcl632.ca in the privacy of your own home or in a banquet hall of your choosing. We can take care of your private gathering as small as 20 people at your house and up to 600 people in place of your choosing. No party is too small or too big.

Executive Chef

My name is Ron Clark and I have been in the food service industry for well over 40 years. I am a graduate from Algonquin College, receiving a certificate in Culinary Arts. I also carry certificate’s in Business Management, Hotel Management, and many other acknowledgments that I have been recognized for threw out my career. 

I am qualified in all aspects of the kitchen with extensive knowledge in Seafood, Italian, French, and Chinese cuisines. I have proudly catered for various charities such as the Kidney Foundation, Cancer Foundation and the local Fire Fighters Association, plus many more charities throughout the Ottawa-Carleton area. I have also catered to schools for a variety of different functions around Ottawa and surrounding areas.

I have had the privilege of working for some of the finest restaurants and along side  many  great chefs and cooks throughout the years. Through this, I was able to receive phenomenal training under some well-known Chefs such as, Antonio Casagrande (Algonquin College and the Chateau Laurier), Wolfgang Durnburger (National Arts Center Atlantic Pavilion/Garden Terrace Restaurants) and Eddie Hong and Victor Ng who showed me the art in Chinese Style cooking (Mandarin, Szechwan and Polynesian).

Being the owner of Prestige Catering for the last 15 years has blessed me with the honour of being able to run it as a family business with my wife Monique, our four daughters and now several of our grandchildren. From weddings, celebrations of life, family back yard gatherings or a business event, no function is too big or too small!
